I have worked as a physiotherapist since graduating with a master’s degree in 2009. I have experience in aged care, functional rehabilitation, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy and I'm a mother of two beautiful children and two adorable dogs.

In 2016 I moved into the role of maternity physio at Calvary John James Hospital and discovered my passion for pelvic health and postnatal physiotherapy. I've been developing my skills and expertise in this area ever since and realised that many people, especially new mums, need the option of physio at home.

As well as running my own business, I volunteer most weekends in Winter at the Weston Creek Wildcats Junior Australian Football Club and in the Summer I love getting out on the lake on my stand-up paddle board or caravanning with my family.
