Andrea has been a physio for over 12 years, graduating from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She has worked in a diverse range of areas over her career, including public and private hospital sectors, which included inpatient mental health services. She has extensive experience working in community physiotherapy, providing general and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation, falls prevention and exercise prescription. She has a special interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation and aged care, with a developing interest in women’s pelvic health. Andrea truly has a passion for holistic health care which led her to pursue graduate qualifications in nutrition. She is also a fully qualified pilates instructor.

Andrea loves to practice what she preaches, and keeping fit and healthy is one of her top priorities. She enjoys going to the gym, doing pilates, playing netball and occasionally hiking with her husband.

Andrea is a busy mum of two girls who keep her on her toes! On the weekends you’ll find them exploring the Gold Coast, whether it be the beach or the hinterland, they are always looking for an adventure
