Since completing my Master of Physiotherapy Practice, I have been lucky enough to work both in private practice and in community based settings with a variety of individuals of all ages to reach their specific goals and achieve optimal health outcomes. Achieving these goals through a range of modalities, including clinical exercise, hydrotherapy, dry needling, massage and education. Over the years, I have grown passionate about working with the elderly and participants with varying disabilities of all ages to eliminate barriers, decrease falls risk, promote health, inclusion, community participation and quality of life.

Outside of doing what I love as a physiotherapist you can find me spending time with my family, friends, pets and doing yoga. I also enjoy all things nature, travelling anywhere/everywhere and attending football games (go the bombers) in my spare time.
