A highly experienced rehabilitation physiotherapist, Jan graduated from LaTrobe University in 1990. Her career and ongoing interest has largely been in rehabilitation - especially of reconditioning, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and pain conditions.

Jan has always been passionate about sport and exercise. She strives to educate her clients about the importance of maximising strength, balance and fitness, and embraces this philosophy herself with her yoga practice and long hikes in the bush. She has recently left the big smoke and made a “tree change” to the Ballarat/ Daylesford region.

Helping clients to maximise their independence and empowering them to achieve their goals is what drives Jan’s love of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
