Alim is an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor’s of Physiotherapy (Honours) in 2017. She has experience as a physiotherapist in a wide range of settings, including community, group exercise, aged care, acute care and palliative care in the hospital setting.

Alim takes pride in providing the best care possible for her clients, and has a keen interest in helping her clients achieve their goals. She joined the Own Body team in order to work with her clients in their homes to improve their function and quality of life. With her wide range of experience, she has helped many clients achieve their goals and maintain their functional independence. She has a passion for ensuring her sessions include plenty of fun and versatility.

Outside of work, Alim is a keen music lover, Harry Potter fan and Richmond Tigers supporter. She also has a passion for travel and has visited over 15 countries, with her favourites being Scotland, England and Fiji. On the weekend, you will find her spending time with family, friends or enjoying a competitive board game night.
