Amanda is a keen Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience. She has worked across a diverse range of settings in both the public and private sectors, including Pilates, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, Falls & Balance and Hydrotherapy. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Aquatic Physiotherapy, and has experience in managing a Hydrotherapy department, running pre and post natal exercise groups and treating a wide variety of conditions in the pool in conjunction with land therapy.

Amanda enjoys keeping fit, in particular going to the gym and playing netball. She values exercise as a major component in a person’s health and wellbeing and strives to ensure that her clients improve their own fitness levels to help promote recovery and prevent future injuries.

Amanda works in a hospital part time and is available certain days/nights and weekends.
