Hi
I graduated from The University of Nottingham, U.K in 2012 and since then have been working in private practice and with 2 rugby clubs in the U. K ( one of them being a premiership team) . In 2015 I moved to Auckland and continued private practice work in Botany, Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and now I am working in the city centre.
I have qualified in Acupuncture , Pilates , FMS Level 1 , dry needling and Mulligan, Maitland, Sharman trained. I have taken exercise classes involving the Oov ( core stability device) and also rehab/ stretch classes.
Moreover I have been a senior for student Physio’s and had medical students observe me in clinic.

In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, athletics, swimming, netball, gym, running - mostly any sports ! I recently returned from the Gold Coast where I competed in the Pan Pacific Masters Games in swimming. I have competed 2 marathons and been an athletics coach.
