Esther has a broad range of experience, from her 19-years in the health and fitness industry working with clients from a diverse background, to work within medical practices, corporate health and wellness, gyms and personal training studios in both Australia and Singapore. She also has an extensive experience in the private sector with her focus in corporate wellness and exercise rehabilitation in clinics, hospitals, and community centres.

NDIS: Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Celebral Palsy, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Acquired Brain Injuries, Post Polio Syndrome, Intellectual Disability, Spinal Cord Injury.

Chronic Disease Management: Diabetes Prevention and Management (Life! Facilitator), Exercise Intervention for Cancer patients (ExMed), Women’s Health- Pre/Post Natal Care, Older Populations/ Low Mobility, Falls Prevention, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Osteoporosis.

Return to Function: Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Return to Function Conditioning (Private, T.A.C, Worksafe).

Esther speaks another 3 languages - Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa. She is a keen triathlete and has completed many races in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. This keeps her motivated with her own health and well-being.
