Sandra graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2008 and further extended her knowledge and skill base by completing her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2018 at LaTrobe University. She has been working as a Physiotherapist in the public hospital setting for over 10 years, having worked across various public health networks including Monash Health, Alfred Health and Eastern Health. She has had the experience of working across a wide range of patient settings, including acute inpatient, outpatient, community rehabilitation and community health and has chosen to specialise in working with patients with acute musculoskeletal conditions such as post-surgery or fracture. Sandra enjoys working closely with her clients to tailor an individualised treatment plan to successfully achieve their goals. She is passionate about empowering her clients to believe in their own body's resilience and capacity for improvement. She gets much satisfaction from helping her clients gain a better understanding of how their body works and using this knowledge to motivate them to continue working on their goals. Outside of work, Sandra is busy running after her 20month old daughter and planning small family getaways. She enjoys hiking and living a healthy balanced lifestyle.
