Robyn comes to Own Body with over 20 years’ experience as a
physiotherapist. Since graduating from the University of Queensland in 1996
Robyn has worked in public and private hospitals, private practice, community
and aged care. Over her career she has developed a keen interest in
Oncology, Rehabilitation, Gerontology and Aged Care. Robyn spent the early
years of her career working in the acute oncology and rehabilitation setting
and operated a private practice providing lymphoedema services at a private
hospital in Brisbane. Robyn has spent the last 10 years working in community
care and aged care facilities providing care to frail and elderly clients with
complex medical needs.
Robyn is passionate about working with clients to help them achieve their
rehabilitation goals and maximize their physical and functional capacity. She is
excited to join the Own Body team and have the privilege of working with
clients in their own homes to manage their health needs.
