Originally from Wisconsin, USA, Caitlyn completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and
Sport Science in 2014 from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. After completing a year at
La Trobe University on student exchange, she fell in love with Australia and moved back to
complete her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Bond University in 2017. A research
internship at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre brought her back to Victoria and she now calls
Caitlyn holds a special interest in ensuring clients who return home from hospital receive
the care they require to reach their goals. Caitlyn has also worked in a variety of settings
including private practice, aged care, community, and sport, having worked as a High
Performance Manager and Head Physiotherapist with NPL’s Box Hill Utd FC and
Keysborough Football Netball Club.
Caitlyn’s main areas of interest include orthopaedic rehabilitation, aged care, sport &
musculoskeletal, occupational health, fitness, research, and education. Caitlyn believes in
motivating clients to take ownership of their health and well-being through education, goal-
setting, demonstration, and accountability.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys her Sunday morning hip hop yoga sessions, gyming,
brunching, hiking, and exploring new cafés to work on writing her memoir.
