Brea is passionate about helping everyone increase their physical activity levels and live a healthy and happy life, regardless of their abilities. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from La Trobe in 2013. After completing her graduate clinical year, Brea went on to complete her PhD at Federation University Australia in physical activity promotion.
Brea has worked in the acute and rehabilitation hospital settings and has developed a passion for domiciliary physiotherapy. When not practicing clinically, Brea is a Research Fellow at Monash University (BehaviourWorks) and The University of Melbourne. Her primary research focus is health professional behaviour change, where she finds new and interesting ways to support health professionals deliver best practice care.
Brea’s dual focus on providing high-quality clinical care and integrating evidence into practice means that she can effectively support clients to reach their full capacity.
