Astrid completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2009. Since then she has worked for several years within major Victorian hospitals, furthering her skills in cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
More recently she has worked in the fields of Occupational Rehabilitation (assisting patients in their recovery following workplace injuries) and Hand Therapy (specialised upper limb injury management). These roles sparked a passion for helping patients to achieve the best possible outcomes following injury or illness, through an active approach to rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Astrid loves the outdoors, travel, good food and coffee, and spending time with her young family.
