Anahita is an AHPRA registered passionate physiotherapist with an experience of more than 13 years. Anahita graduated as a Physiotherapist in India and completed her postgraduation in Masters of Public Health, specialising in Research and Masters of Health Science, specialising in Occupational Health and Safety from Western Sydney University, Sydney. Anahita has also worked as a Research Assistant for a ground breaking project in South-West Victoria in 2017-2018.
Anahita comes with a diverse experience in private practice, hospital and community. Her strengths include Musculoskeletal rehab, Neurological rehab, Cardiovascular rehab and Hydrotherapy. She has experience in working for clients post Orthopaedic surgeries, Stroke, Motor Neuron Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Falls, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Brain or Spinal Cord Injuries, Spinal pain or Musculoskeletal pain, and has achieved best outcomes for her clients. She strongly believes in providing physiotherapy services with empathy, respect, collaboration and innovation. Anahita partners with her clients to set SMART GOALS and provides effective and evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions which enables her clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Outside of work, Anahita loves spending time with her husband and 3 year old son. She enjoys listening to traditional instrumental music and cooking.
